Really? I'm the opposite. If I have a vague amorphous bad feeling, or feeling of stress/furstration, but I don't know what's causing it, it drives me NUTS. Like breaking down and crying for no reason makes me feel like I'm clinically insane. Having a cause behind it is a step closer to dealing with it, for me.
