I wanted to mention, before the craziness of the next few days, how happy I've been on the whole. I had a lovely dinner tonight with insheepsclothng and bannoubunkacoby, but even more than that, I just have this cheerful undercurrent coursing through my day-to-day activities, grueling though some of them may have been.

Also, this is Praxilla, the ring-tailed lemur who's been keeping me company in the van. She will hopefully share very meaningful conversations with me as I drive that van seven zillion miles over the next week. Having her there on the dashboard means more to me than you know.
