I don't know if I have bad days often enough to have a plan... In part because I think nothing that bad ever happens to me (undeservedly, I know), and in part because I don't know if I notice that much when bad things do happen... I feel bad at times though, for different reasons, and I'm not sure if just forgetting problems really helps out ^^;; I try to think of all the things which aren't wrong in my life, usually... or if I can, I like to spend time with my family. Also, taking a bath can help... I dunno. I guess it basically comes down to trying to make yourself feel better when you feel bad. Which is easier some times than others. It's the worst when what's making you feel bad is stuff inside your own head though... ugh. Yeah, I think I try to let go of problems, mentally. Which isn't always a good thing. I'm going to end here, before I end up in some weird mental downward spiral (or any more of one).
