Pluralization As a Form of Humor
Sep. 24th, 2006 10:23 amI'm doing homework, Swahili homework to be specific, studying the plural forms of demonstratives and this makes me laugh:
Huu ni mwili wake – This is her body.
Hii ni mili yake – These are her bodies.
... how different the meaning can be when it's pluralized!!
hehe.
Or... I could just be a huge dork.
