Additionally, if you haven't yet, please buy tickets to see me singing Mahler's 8th at Carnegie Hall.   You don't have to pay the benefit price, or go to the afterparty, but if many of my friends go, I *won't* go to the after-party.  Because I feel like it might be rude.

I accidentally scheduled something else for that night, and now I have ten RSVPs and it's the only night anyone can go and I can't really cancel it.

On the other hand, part of why I dropped the chorus is because I realized I don't actually like Mahler's 8th. *) But I hope the performance goes splendidly!

Yes, definitely keep me posted on those, in case I didn't make it onto the mailing list. I'm still too poor for voice lessons, but I miss singing.
